Bishop's Tachbrook is a village and civil parish just to the south of Warwick in Warwickshire, on the edge of the Leamington/Warwick built-up area. It occupies gently rolling countryside and takes its name from a historic brook that runs through the locality; the parish is within easy reach of local rail stations, the A46 and the M40, making it convenient for commuters.
Historically agricultural, the parish has retained much of its rural character even as housing and population have increased; you’ll find a mix of older buildings and more recent homes, pockets of farmland and an active village community with local clubs and amenities. Its close proximity to Leamington Spa and Warwick means residents can enjoy larger town facilities, theatres and historic sites while living in a quieter, village setting.
