Whitnash is a small town close to Warwick in Warwickshire, England, lying on the fringe of the built-up area between the county town and Leamington Spa. It has medieval roots - its name is thought to refer to white ash trees - and, while it expanded substantially in the 20th century, still keeps a village-like character in parts.
Today Whitnash is largely residential and popular with commuters to Warwick, Leamington Spa and nearby Coventry, with local shops, sports clubs, parks and a parish church forming the focus of community life. The town council organises events and there are green corridors and recreation spaces that give a semi-rural feel within easy reach of historic centres and local industry.
