Felpham West is the western part of the coastal settlement of Felpham, in the district of Arun, West Sussex, England. It occupies a low-lying strip beside the English Channel with a shingle seafront and promenade, backed by suburban streets, small parks and local shops, sitting just to the west of Bognor Regis.
The area combines a sizeable retired population with commuting families and small local businesses, and benefits from summer visitor trade to nearby beaches and holiday parks. It has a notable historic connection - the poet William Blake lived in Felpham in 1800–03 - and retains an active community life centred on local schools, community centres and sports clubs, while being within easy reach of the wider coastal and rural attractions of West Sussex and the South Downs.
