Urchfont is a small village and civil parish in Wiltshire, England, about three miles south‑west of Devizes, tucked into the chalk downland above the River Sem. It has ancient origins with medieval and later buildings clustered along a single street, including the notable country house Urchfont Manor, and sits within the rural landscape of the Vale of Pewsey.
Today Urchfont is a largely agricultural and commuter community with a primary school, village hall and regular local events; its thatched cottages and stone houses reflect a long history while many residents travel to Devizes, Swindon or Bath for work and services.
