The seaside village of Saundersfoot sits on the south coast of Pembrokeshire, Wales, tucked into a sandy bay with a small working harbour and a popular family beach. It lies within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is a regular stop on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, offering dramatic cliff walks and easy coastal access.
Historically the village grew up around a 19th‑century harbour and tramways built to export coal from nearby mines, and you can still spot industrial remnants among Victorian buildings. Today the economy is largely driven by tourism, sailing and hospitality, with boat trips to Caldey Island and the better known resort of Tenby a short drive away.
