Two Locks is a residential ward in Cwmbran, within the borough of Torfaen in south‑east Wales. The name comes from a pair of locks on the nearby Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal, and the area sits close to the River Usk, with towpaths and green corridors that are popular for walking and cycling.
The neighbourhood is largely made up of post‑war housing with some newer developments and is within easy reach of Cwmbran town centre and its retail parks. Historically linked to the canal and local light industry, the ward has an active community scene with schools, clubs and regeneration initiatives that reflect a mixed social and economic character.
