Penn Hill

Penn Hill is an electoral ward within the unitary authority of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, covering the suburban area on the edge of Poole. It is largely residential, with a village-style parade of shops, cafés and pubs that serve a mix of families and older residents, and the ward routinely features a mix of Victorian and Edwardian houses alongside later infill and small modern developments.

Geographically the ward sits close to Poole Harbour and is within easy reach of the coast and the popular Sandbanks peninsula, which gives it pleasant access to seaside amenities and coastal walks.
