Gwinear-Gwithian & Hayle East is a coastal ward in Cornwall, England, covering the eastern side of Hayle and the neighbouring villages of Gwithian and Gwinear. It sits on the edge of St Ives Bay, so the landscape mixes sand dunes and wide beaches with the tidal channels of the nearby Hayle Estuary.
The estuary is important for wintering waders and wildfowl and is protected as an SSSI, while sandy Gwithian Towans is a well known surf spot.
