Fishbourne is a small village on the north‑east coast of the Isle of Wight, England, sitting at the head of Wootton Creek and facing the Solent. It is best known as the vehicle ferry terminus for Wightlink services to Portsmouth, so it has a steady flow of commuters and visitors and a modest maritime and service economy.
Despite the transport role, Fishbourne retains a village feel with boatyards, coastal walks, a few local pubs and community amenities; its proximity to Ryde and to historic Quarr Abbey adds cultural interest, and many residents are drawn by sailing opportunities and easy links to the mainland.
