Hundred End is a tiny hamlet in West Lancashire, in the ceremonial county of Lancashire in north-west England. It sits on the flat agricultural coastal plain near the Ribble estuary and historically formed part of the ancient parish of North Meols; the name is thought to mark the edge of a medieval hundred.

The locality is very rural, dominated by market gardening, reclaimed marshland and drainage channels, and once had a small railway halt on the line between Preston and Southport that closed in the 1960s. Nearby wetland heritage such as Martin Mere and the reclaimed marshes give the area wildlife interest, while many residents now commute to larger towns for work.
