Burton Waters

Burton Waters is a small residential marina and waterside development on the River Witham just north of Lincoln, in the district of West Lindsey, Lincolnshire, England. Largely developed in the late 20th century, it centres on a compact basin with private moorings and modern homes, making it a popular spot for leisure boaters and people seeking riverside living close to the city; the flat Lincolnshire fenland, reedbeds and towpaths also make it attractive for walkers and birdwatchers.
