Tealby is a small village and civil parish in West Lindsey, Lincolnshire, England, set on the eastern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It lies a short distance from the market town of Market Rasen and retains a compact cluster of traditional stone and brick cottages surrounded by rolling farmland and hedgerows.
Historically the village is best known in numismatic circles - the so‑called Tealby pennies of King Henry II are named after finds from the area - and the parish’s medieval roots are still visible in its church and field patterns. Today Tealby is largely agricultural, with community life centred on the village hall and church, while many residents commute to nearby towns for work and services.
