Bressingham is a small village and civil parish in South Norfolk, Norfolk, England, set in low-lying arable countryside close to the Suffolk border and within easy reach of Norwich. The surrounding landscape is dominated by farmland, hedgerows and a scattering of traditional cottages and farmsteads, giving it a distinctly rural character.
The village is perhaps best known for Bressingham Steam & Gardens, created by plantsman Alan Bloom, which combines a narrow‑gauge steam railway and extensive horticultural displays and brings steady visitor interest; tourism therefore complements a local economy still rooted in agriculture, while community life centres on the parish church, village hall and pub with occasional local events and fairs.
