Upper Arncott is a small village in the civil parish of Arncott, in the district of Cherwell in Oxfordshire, England. It sits just to the south‑east of Bicester and has a compact, rural character - a cluster of houses and farms with roots reaching back to the medieval landscape of the area.
The nearby MOD Bicester, formerly a large ordnance depot, has long influenced the local economy and history, providing employment and a visible military heritage. Today the village combines agricultural activity with a number of commuters travelling to Bicester or Oxford, while retaining a quiet community feel and easy access to countryside walks.
