Kidmore End is a small village and civil parish in South Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire, England, set in the rolling countryside of the Chiltern Hills a few miles north‑east of Reading and within easy reach of Henley-on-Thames and Oxford.
The parish includes the hamlets of Gallowstree Common, Chalkhouse Green, Cane End and Tokers Green, and retains a distinctly rural character with farmland, woodlands and several historic buildings, including the parish church. Economically it is largely residential - many people commute to nearby towns and cities - while locally there is still agricultural activity and an active village community with a primary school and regular local events.
