Fratton

Fratton (electoral ward) is a compact, urban slice of Portsmouth situated just north of the city centre, built up around the busy local hub of Fratton station and the famous football ground, Fratton Park. The ward is a mix of Victorian terraces, post‑war housing and small commercial streets, reflecting the 19th‑ and 20th‑century growth that accompanied the naval dockyard and the arrival of the railways.
