West Huntspill sits on the western edge of the Somerset Levels in Somerset, a short distance from Highbridge and Bridgwater. The parish is dominated by flat, drained marshland, a network of rhynes and drains and valuable wetland habitats, with notable birdlife along the nearby River Parrett and the engineered Huntspill River.
