Southwick

Southwick is an inner‑urban ward in the city of Sunderland, in Tyne and Wear, lying close to the docks and the mouth of the River Wear. It’s largely residential, a mix of Victorian terraces and post‑war housing, with pockets of open space and local shopping streets that give the area a distinctly community‑centred feel.
