Kingsbury is a large village and civil parish in the district of North Warwickshire, in Warwickshire, England, lying close to the Staffordshire border and not far from Tamworth. The village is best known for Kingsbury Water Park, a network of lakes and wetlands created from former gravel workings that attracts walkers, birdwatchers and watersports enthusiasts and gives the area a surprisingly rural, wildlife-rich feel despite its proximity to larger towns.
Historically a rural settlement that expanded with later industrial and transport developments, Kingsbury now combines an agricultural and industrial heritage with a commuter role for nearby centres such as Birmingham. The local economy mixes light industry and services with leisure and conservation activity around the water park, and the village retains a strong community focus with village halls, pubs and volunteer groups supporting events and outdoor recreation.
