Studley is a large village and civil parish in the borough of Stratford-on-Avon, in rural Warwickshire, England. It sits close to the Worcestershire border, within easy reach of Redditch and Alcester, and is surrounded by gently rolling Warwickshire countryside rather than heavy industry.
The village has medieval roots and a strong local identity, once linked to the needle and small engineering trades that characterised the Redditch area; today it mixes local shops, pubs, a primary school and sports clubs with some small industry and many residents who commute to nearby towns and Birmingham. A notable local landmark is Studley Castle, a 19th-century country house that contributes to the village’s historic character, and community events and village organisations keep the social life lively.
