Pulborough is a large village and civil parish in the district of Horsham, West Sussex, England. It sits on the floodplain where the River Arun meets the foot of the South Downs, and developed around a medieval river crossing, market activity and later transport links that shaped its growth.
The village is well known for Pulborough Brooks, an RSPB reserve of wetland and grazing marsh that draws waders and wildfowl and is popular with walkers and birdwatchers. Today Pulborough combines agriculture and independent shops, pubs and community groups with good rail and road connections to nearby towns, giving it a blend of rural character and commuter convenience.
