Bratton is a small village and civil parish just north of Westbury, sitting on the eastern edge of the rolling chalk of Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire, England. The parish is noted for its panorama of downland, the carved Westbury White Horse on Bratton Down and the nearby Iron Age hillfort Bratton Camp, which give the area a strong archaeological and landscape character.
Locally there is a medieval parish church, St James's Church, and a scattering of stone cottages and farmsteads; the economy remains largely agricultural with many residents commuting to nearby towns. A lively village community with a village hall, primary school and occasional local events makes it popular with walkers and anyone interested in rural history and wide Wiltshire skies.
