The village of Little Malvern lies in a sheltered valley on the western slopes of the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire, England. It is a small, rural community of lanes, orchards and woodland close to the larger town of Great Malvern, with easy access for walkers and visitors drawn to the hills and quieter country views; many residents commute to nearby Worcester and other towns for work.
Historically the settlement is dominated by the surviving 12th-century priory church, Little Malvern Priory, and the adjacent historic house, Little Malvern Court, which together give the place a strong sense of continuity and attract visitors for concerts, garden openings and heritage interest. The local economy remains largely agricultural and rural services, supplemented by tourism and links into the wider Malvern arts and music scene.
