Am Baile Sear is a small island in the Outer Hebrides, within the council area of Na h-Eileanan Siar in Scotland. It has the familiar Hebridean mix of low machair grassland, sandy strands and rocky skerries, making it valuable for breeding seabirds and for seasonal grazing by sheep and ponies.
Like many small islands in the area, it bears traces of a crofting and fishing past and remains tied to Gaelic culture; many such islets are now uninhabited but important for conservation, low‑key wildlife tourism and as part of the wider social and historic landscape of Na h-Eileanan Siar.
