Flòdaigh is a small, low‑lying islet off the coasts of Na h-Eileanan Siar in the Outer Hebrides, set among shallow sounds and skerries. Its terrain is typically grassy machair and rocky shoreline rather than high ground, and it provides a quiet refuge for seabirds, waders and coastal plants; at certain tides it becomes easier to reach by small boat.
Like many Hebridean islets, Flòdaigh bears a Norse-influenced name and has a long history of seasonal use rather than permanent settlement, with grazing and occasional shieling activity in earlier times. Today it is largely uninhabited and valued locally for wildlife, crofting outfields and informal coastal recreation, reflecting the mixed cultural and natural heritage of the islands.
