Rosliston is a small village and civil parish in South Derbyshire, in the county of Derbyshire, lying close to the Staffordshire border. It is best known for the Rosliston Forestry Centre, part of the National Forest, which provides waymarked walks, seasonal events, a visitor centre and campsite, making the village a local hub for outdoor recreation and low‑key tourism.
Traditionally an agricultural community with medieval roots, the village retains a church, village hall and a range of community groups and annual events; its economy now mixes farming with small businesses and visitor‑focused services, and there are good walking and cycling links to nearby places such as Overseal and Burton upon Trent.
