Dovercourt All Saints is a ward in Tendring, Essex, England, covering part of the coastal town of Dovercourt just beside the port town of Harwich. The area has a strong seaside character with Victorian-era seafront features, promenades and a distinctive water tower, reflecting its 19th-century development as a maritime and resort settlement.
Locally the economy mixes seaside tourism, small independent shops and services with commuter links to the nearby ferry and rail connections; boating and marina activities on the estuary add a nautical strand to everyday life. Socially it’s a mixed community with active local groups and churches, and like many coastal wards it balances opportunities for regeneration and tourism with efforts to protect local housing and community facilities while celebrating its maritime heritage.
