Over Wallop is a small village in Test Valley, Hampshire, England, one of the trio of Wallops alongside Middle Wallop and Nether Wallop. It sits on chalk downland above the valley of the River Test, a celebrated chalk stream known for trout fishing, and retains a compact, rural feel with traditional cottages, a parish church and a village green.
The local economy is largely agricultural with some equestrian and small local businesses, and the nearby Middle Wallop airfield - home to Army aviation units - gives the area an unusual military connection alongside its farming heritage. The village is popular for walking and country pursuits, and its historic lanes and older buildings reflect a long-established Hampshire rural community.
