Kit's Coty is a small hamlet and well-known prehistoric site in the borough of Tonbridge and Malling, Kent, England, set on the slopes of the North Downs above the River Medway. The place is dominated by Kit's Coty House, a Neolithic chambered long barrow that forms part of the Medway Megaliths; it sits close to Blue Bell Hill and is easily reached from the A229, making it a handy stop for walkers and anyone exploring the Medway valley countryside.
Historically the dolmen dates to around 4000–3000 BC and attracts interest from archaeologists and local visitors alike; the evocative name, often linked to old words for a stone chest or cottage, feeds local folklore. Aside from its archaeological importance the area remains largely rural, with agriculture and leisure tourism around nearby towns such as Aylesford and Maidstone shaping the local economy and social life.
