Dundry is a small village and limestone ridge on the southern edge of Bristol, within North Somerset, England. The hill rises to just over 200 metres, giving broad views across the Avon Valley to the Bristol Channel and out towards the Mendip Hills, and its prominence makes it the site of a well-known radio/TV transmitter mast serving the city region.
The area has a long history of quarrying - "Dundry stone" was prized for medieval churches and local buildings in Bristol - and the village is centred around a medieval church with Norman fabric. Today it remains a quiet rural community of farms and commuter households, valued for its views, local history and proximity to the city.
