Clifton Campville is a small village and civil parish in the district of Lichfield, in Staffordshire, England. It sits in typical Staffordshire countryside of farmland and hedgerows and is not far from the larger market towns of Tamworth and Lichfield, giving it a pleasantly rural feel while remaining within easy reach of urban amenities.
The village is best known for its large medieval parish church, St Andrew’s, whose tower and spire and historic fabric reflect the area’s medieval manorial past and links with the de Camville family. Today Clifton Campville retains a largely agricultural character, an active parish community and village events, and a handful of attractive historic buildings that draw local interest rather than mass tourism.
