Wall is a small civil parish and village just north of Lichfield in Staffordshire, England. Set beside the line of the old Roman road Watling Street and overlooked by the nearby remains of the Roman posting station Letocetum, it sits in a quiet rural landscape of farmland, hedgerows and scattered cottages.
The visible Roman earthworks and bath-house remains give the place a strong historic identity, and today the community combines agriculture and a handful of local services with many residents commuting into Lichfield and beyond. Period buildings, a modest village centre and active local groups sustain a relaxed village life while good road links make it attractive for those wanting countryside close to a cathedral city.
