Hartlebury is a small village and civil parish in the Wychavon district of Worcestershire, England, set in gently rolling countryside just a short distance from the River Severn and within easy reach of Stourport-on-Severn, Kidderminster and Worcester.
Its best-known landmark is Hartlebury Castle, the former bishops’ palace with historic rooms and parkland that for many years housed the county museum; otherwise the village keeps a largely rural, agricultural character with a close-knit community, local amenities and good access for commuters, boating on the nearby river and canal and plenty of walking and cycling through the surrounding farmland.
