Hafan y Môr is a large coastal holiday park on the Llŷn Peninsula, close to the market town of Pwllheli in Gwynedd. The site sits beside sandy beaches and tidal flats on Cardigan Bay, with easy access to the Llŷn Coastal Path and, on clear days, distant views across to the mountains of Snowdonia.
Formerly the site of a Butlin’s camp, it now trades as a major family holiday park and is an important seasonal employer for the local economy, drawing water‑sport enthusiasts and walkers. It also acts as a practical gateway to strong Welsh‑language communities, sailing and maritime culture from nearby Pwllheli, and the small coastal villages and wildlife that characterise the peninsula.
