Crymych is a small village and community in north Pembrokeshire, Wales, lying where rolling farmland meets the moorland foothills of the Preseli Hills. Its name reflects the local stream and the settlement grew as a rural service hub in the 19th century, set among scenic lanes and pasture with easy access to upland walking.
Today the village acts as a centre for surrounding farms and hamlets, with small independent shops, community facilities and regular local events that reflect a strong Welsh-speaking cultural life. Its location close to the Preseli uplands and their famous bluestone outcrops gives both historic interest and outdoor recreation opportunities, while agriculture and small-scale rural enterprises remain important to the local economy and social fabric.
