Denholme is a small town in the metropolitan borough of Bradford, in West Yorkshire, England. It sits on high moorland with wide views across the surrounding hills and down into the Aire Valley, and is within easy commuting distance of Leeds, Halifax and Keighley.
It grew up in the 19th century around textile working and local quarrying and was once served by a short branch railway; today it retains a village-like atmosphere with local shops, churches, clubs and green spaces. Many residents commute to nearby towns, so Denholme combines a rural, community-centred feel with practical links to the larger urban centres of the region.
