Willingham is a sizeable village and civil parish in South Cambridgeshire, Cambridgeshire, England, sitting on slightly higher ground in the surrounding Fenlands north‑west of Cambridge. Its landscape is defined by flat, fertile farmland and a network of drains and ditches from the historic fen drainage, which gives the village a rural, agricultural feel despite good road links to the city.
The settlement has medieval roots and retains a historic core with a parish church and older cottages, but expanded in the 20th century and now combines local shops, schools and active sports and social clubs. Many residents commute into Cambridge or work in small local businesses and agriculture, while community events and volunteer groups help keep a strong village identity.
