Over Wallop is a small village and civil parish in Test Valley, Hampshire, England, and one of the trio of settlements known as the Wallops alongside Middle Wallop and Nether Wallop. Set on chalk downland beside the Wallop Brook and close to the famous chalk-stream River Test, it offers scenic walking, a strong rural character and easy access to classic Hampshire countryside.
The parish has deep agricultural roots and a compact village core of traditional cottages and listed buildings, with medieval place-name origins reflecting a spring in a valley. Its character is also shaped by the nearby military airfield at Middle Wallop, while local life revolves around farming, small-scale businesses and community amenities such as the village hall and church.
