Newtown Linford is a small village on the edge of Bradgate Park in the Charnwood area of Leicestershire, England. Set against the rugged outcrops of the Charnwood countryside, it has long links with the Bradgate estate and the park, which is famous for its roaming deer and as the birthplace of Lady Jane Grey.
Today the village retains a conservation‑area feel with stone cottages and winding lanes; its character is shaped by walkers and visitors to the park, a modest local economy of cafés and services, village events and a close‑knit community, while many residents also commute to nearby Leicester.
