Kingston Park South & Newbiggin Hall

Kingston Park South & Newbiggin Hall is an electoral ward on the northern edge of Newcastle upon Tyne, bringing together the suburban, largely private-housing area of Kingston Park with the older council-built estate of Newbiggin Hall. The ward is a mixed residential area with pockets of retail and light industrial activity, and it benefits from public transport links such as Kingston Park Metro station that make the city centre readily accessible.
