Conon Bridge is a small village in the Highland council area of Scotland, lying beside the River Conon close to Dingwall and within easy reach of Inverness. The settlement grew up around the bridge over the river and sits near the western shore of the Cromarty Firth, with open views toward the Black Isle and attractive riverside scenery.
Historically connected to local industry and transport, the village is now largely a commuter and service-orientated community with a reopened station on the Far North Line and a mix of housing, small businesses and active community groups. It’s popular with walkers and birdwatchers who enjoy the surrounding coastal and upland landscapes, while locally focused events and amenities give it a lively small‑town feel.
