Baglan is a village and parish in Neath Port Talbot, Wales, lying on the northern shore of Swansea Bay close to Port Talbot and the M4. Historically part of Glamorgan, it retains a medieval church dedicated to Saint Baglan and sits beside low-lying marshes and reclaimed industrial land around Baglan Bay.
Today the area blends suburban and village life with light and heavy industry - including Baglan Energy Park and other business estates - alongside pockets of wetland and greenspace created during recent regeneration; community life centres on the parish church, local clubs and good road links that make it a practical base for commuters to Swansea and Cardiff.
