Bozeat is a small village and civil parish in North Northamptonshire, England, lying in the rolling countryside of Northamptonshire a few miles south of Wellingborough and close to Rushden. It has medieval roots and grew noticeably in the 19th century when the local boot and shoe trade brought terraces of workers’ houses and small workshops to the area.
Today Bozeat is a close-knit community with a village school, pub and community hall, and a mix of long-standing families, local businesses and commuters to nearby towns. The village retains reminders of its industrial past in old buildings and street patterns, while regular events and clubs sustain a strong local identity.
