Ogbourne St. Andrew is a small downland parish in Wiltshire, England, tucked into the valley of the River Og on the edge of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a short distance north of Marlborough. The landscape is classic chalk country, with rolling arable fields, pasture and a scattering of flint and thatch cottages.
Historically agricultural, the community still has farming at its heart but today also includes residents who commute to nearby towns; you’ll find a modest village social life centred on the church and local events, good walking access onto the downs, and reminders of older routes and transport links that have shaped the parish over centuries.
