Churt is a small village and civil parish in the Borough of Waverley, set in rural Surrey amid heathland and mixed woodland on the Greensand Ridge. It’s popular with walkers and riders for the nearby Hurtwood, the distinctive sandstone outcrops known as the Devil's Jumps, and easy access to Frensham Ponds.
The community remains largely rural with a village green, a parish church, a handful of pubs and local shops, and a mix of farming, small businesses and commuters who travel to Farnham or further afield; its historic landscape - including the barrow-like mounds of the Devil's Jumps - gives the area a strong sense of place and recreational appeal.
