Pheasey Park Farm is an electoral ward in Walsall, West Midlands, lying to the north of the town centre. It is primarily a suburban, residential area that grew up on formerly rural land during the 20th century, and today contains a mix of private and council housing, local schools and small shopping parades set among pockets of green space.
The ward has a quiet, community-orientated feel with active neighbourhood groups and amenities serving local families, while many residents commute into nearby centres such as Birmingham for work. Its history as former farmland gives the area a slightly more open character than some inner-urban parts of the borough, and good road and public-transport links connect it to the wider West Midlands economy.
