Sulhamstead

Sulhamstead is a largely rural civil parish in West Berkshire, England, sitting on the green fringe between Reading and Newbury. The parish includes the twin villages of Sulhamstead Abbots and Sulhamstead Bannister, set among farmland, small copses and rolling chalk downland with the Kennet Valley close by; its nearness to the M4 and Reading gives residents ready commuting options while preserving a quiet, village character.
